Who we are

QRSolid is a service for creating and managing static and dynamic QR codes. Data contact: no-reply@qrsolid.com.

Account holder data

Name, email, password (stored hashed, never readable), the content of your codes, files you upload and your preferred language.

Data recorded when a code is scanned

Date and time, device type, operating system, browser, and country when provided by the host. IP addresses are not stored as such: only an irreversible hashed fingerprint is kept to count unique visitors. No ads or advertising trackers on scan pages.

Why we use it

To run your account, redirect scanners to the destination you chose, show you statistics, and send necessary emails such as password resets. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. Scan statistics are shown according to your plan. Deleting your account permanently removes your codes and their statistics.

Only necessary cookies: the login session and your language. See the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can view and correct your data from the Account page and delete your account at any time. Under Moroccan law 09-08 you may request access, correction or object by writing to the address above.

Your responsibility

If you collect your customers’ data through your own pages, you are responsible for informing them and complying with applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy and will announce material changes on the site or by email.
